Mr Ashish Gulati, is the founder & managing director of our company, He completed his schooling at Hansraj Public School and then he moved to Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom to study motorsport engineering. His entrepreneurial and organizational skills are leading the company to become a global pharma and cosmetic manufacturing hub.

Mr. Pardeep Dalal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and has extensive professional experience in the field of finance. He has been appointed as an Additional Director at Astonea One Private Limited, bringing with him strong analytical skills, sound financial understanding, and a commitment to operational excellence. His expertise and leadership are expected to contribute significantly to the company’s growth and strategic direction.

Mrs. Pooja Singh

Director

Mrs. Pooja Singh, a Director at Astonea Labs Ltd, hails from Uttar Pradesh and holds a B. Pharma from Rajeev Gandhi College of Pharmacy. With 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Drug Regulatory Affairs, she began her career at Mediwell Healthcare and joined Astonea in 2021. She currently heads the DRA department, ensuring compliance and quality standards.

Meet Mr.Sumit Kumar, our CFO. A highly qualified professional with an MCom, MBA, and MA in Economics, Sumit brings over 15 years of experience to the table, ensuring the financial health and strategic growth of Astonea.

Plant Head

Mr. Mushtaque Ahmed, Plant Head at Astonea labs ltd, holds a B. Pharma from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University and brings 20 years of manufacturing experience. His extensive expertise ensures efficient, safe, and compliant production processes, maintaining high-quality standards in Astonea’s manufacturing operations.

Gaurav Kumar is VP sales and marketing for Astonea Labs Limited for own dosmetic brands. Mr. Kumar is a Software Engineer and holds an MBA Degree in Marketing from BITM, Pune. His Scope of work includes managing Marketing and Sales segment of the Company.

Mrs. Avneet Kaur

CS Avneet Kaur is the Associate member of ICSI since year 2011. She has done B.Com (Honours) and M.Com from Punjab University. She had worked as a whole time Company Secretary with M/s Haryana Telecom Limited (Subsidiary of M/s Industrial Cables (India) Limited) from December, 2011 to June, 2015 and thereafter, at Chandigarh International Airport Limited (CHIAL) from June, 2015 to May 1, 2024. She has an overall experience of 12 years.
